In 2002, the STRMTG obtained ISO 9001 certification for all its activities in the field of ropeways :

Technical evaluation, return on experience for existing installations, supervision of the control network, contribution to legislation, studies and research, monitoring of the characteristics of installations in France and EC evaluation of safety components and subsystems |
In 2004, the STRMTG also obtained accreditation by the COFRAC according to ISO/CEI 17020 for the EC evaluation of conformity of safety components and subsystems as a notified body.
