- an administrative department (SG)
- a department for the coordination of local offices, draglifts and funiculars (DRT)
- a department for aerial ropeways (DT)
- a department for civil engineering, ropes and quality management (DRQ)
- a department for trams (DTW)
- a department for subways and historical railways (DML)
