Notified bodies
Notified bodies are charged with the task of implementing the conformity assessment procedures provided for in the Directive for safety components and subsystems
State Members
Member states are responsible for transposing the directive, designating the notified bodies, ensuring market surveillance and organising the control of the installations operating on their soil.
